Heat wave!  Baby it’s hot out there!  St. Louis has been exposed to very high heat weather early on this year.  With a heat advisory issued for today by the National Weather Service- it’s important for very young children and the elderly to take precautions to stay hydrated and stay cool.  With the heat the humidity combined- we are in for a very hot day, and likely a very hot Summer.  Luckily, St. Louis has great indoor activities as well, many unique, to help beat the heat when it gets to be too much outside.  kidzxplor has partnered with great local providers that have wonderful indoor activities that allows your child to have fun, in a safe way.

Looking to get some energy out?

Rockin Jump is a great place to let the kids jump, play dodge ball, use the climbing wall, and use the Slam Dunk basketball area.  Open 12:00 to 8:00 PM- Rockin Jump is the perfect place to let the kids tire themselves out- and stay cool while doing it.

Looking to decorate some cakes and be artsy?

Decorating cupcakes and cakes at Sweetology is a perfect way to spend a hot, Summer day!  By having do-it yourself cake, cookie, cupcake, and candy decorating- your child gets to use their creative skills to make an artful masterpiece- that you can eat!

Looking to take a swim lesson- just not outdoors?

Little Fishes is the best swim school in St. Louis.  With two state-of-the-art indoor swim schools with multiple pools at each location- Little Fishes teaches excellent swim skills in a safe environment.

Looking to do some Ninja training?
